COLLABORATION • PERFORMANCE • BODY-WORN SOUND
myEgo is Maika Sontrop’s graduation performance (MADtech, Frank Mohr Institute). I worked on it with Maika and Riley Huang. I built the microphone system worn on the body: small capsules and cabling running along the arms, torso, and legs, so movement and contact become the sound of the performance. The final performance was with Maika Sontrop and Riley Huang.
